Exhibitor Registration

Please submit the following form for consideration to be an Exhibitor at the St. Albert Seniors Association Fall EXPO. If selected, Exhibitors will be contacted for payment. In the event that you are not selected, you will be notified by email.

  • EXHIBITOR'S BENEFITS

    ~Exhibitor's Service will get exposure to the St. Albert Seniors Association's Members and other members of the community
    ~Opportunity to meet new clients and build on existing relationships in an informal environment
    ~Networking opportunities with other agencies and businesses
    ~Event promotion on Facebook, Twitter, our e-bulletin to members, The Gazette, and other community boards
    Please note Exhibitor is required to provide their own extension cords
    Please note there are a limited amount of each size table available. We will do our best to accommodate your choice. Should we need to give you a different size table you will be notified before the EXPO. We cannot accommodate table changes day of. Exhibitors are responsible for supplying their own tablecloth
  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. All exhibitors must have registered for booth on or before September 20th 2019
    2. Payment must be made on or before September 30th 2019 (Please note if you are approved as a vendor you will be contacted for payment information)
    3. Exhibitors will promote the Seniors Expo at their workplace & social media , tagging The St. Albert Seniors Association in their posts
    4. The Exhibitor must have their booth displayed throughout the entire expo (11:00am-5:30pm) No exceptions. (If an exhibitor dismantles their booth early this will impact their participation in future expos)
    5. Exhibitor is responsible for leaving their booth clean of any garbage and the removal of all belongings by 6:00pm on day of Expo. (Garbage cans will be available onsite)
    6. Exhibitor set up will open at 9:30AM on October 2nd. Exhibitors are responsible for all set up and take down of their booth (The St. Albert Seniors Association does will not provide carts to load your items in or out. )
    7. If you have indicated you need power on the above registration form a table near an outlet will be provided for you, Exhibitor is responsible for bringing their own extension cords
    8. The St. Albert Seniors Association does NOT supply tablecloths.
    9. Should the Fall Seniors Expo be cancelled by the St. Albert Seniors Association due to unforeseen circumstances, all exhibitors will receive their payment back in full
    10. The exhibitor fee's are otherwise non-refundable
    11. Should an exhibitor "no show" at the event this will impact their participation in future Expos
    12. We are a scent free facility. Please keep this in mind when planning your booth. Please refrain from wearing fragrance. If scented items are brought they will be removed
