Experience deep activation of the muscles and joints thereby releasing tightness as well as improving balance and brain power. Even though there are no high impact movements that doesn’t mean we don’t ‘get our sweat on’.
This class incorporates dynamic positions in standing, sitting and lying down. Get ready to ‘Age Backwards’. Bring your own mat, water bottle, yoga mat, Thera band or strap, small pillow and towel.
