Beginner Yoga

Instructor: Barb Hagen

This class introduces the participant to the practice of yoga and provides an experience to observe how yoga can make a difference in everyone’s life. This class is for everyone!     

If you can breathe you can do yoga! Beginner level. Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you would use in practice to class.
