Pilates For All
Instructor: Ayla Hermanutz
This gentle Chair Pilates flow will help participants improve their core strength and stability, while heightening their mind-body awareness.
We will utilize basic Pilates principles to stretch and lengthen the body, with an emphasis on improving spinal posture and alignment.
Chairs will be used to assist our movements, making this class perfect for those who prefer seated or standing workouts. All levels of experience and ability are welcome!
