Welcome to St. Albert Seniors Association/ 50+ Activity & Services Center.

About our Association:

Our association is a welcoming community hub dedicated to helping older adults stay active, connected, informed, and supported while aging in place.

Whether you’re looking to socialize, stay active, enjoy a great meal, access support services, or try something new, there’s something here for everyone. From fitness classes like Pilates, Yoga, and Chair Zumba to cards, music, educational talks, snooker, and community events – our Centre is a place to gather, learn, and enjoy meaningful connections.

We also provide essential community services that support the health, independence, and well-being of seniors, including Frozen Meal Delivery, Friendly Visitor services, and access to an on-site Social Worker who helps individuals and families navigate resources and support systems. These services are open to the public and do not require a membership.

And of course, there’s our award-winning Bistro – well known for delicious homemade meals, weekly specials, and community favourites like Tuesday Liver & Onions and Friday Fish & Chips. Join us for lunch Monday–Friday from 11 AM–2 PM, or order takeout to enjoy at home.

Thank you, City of St. Albert!

Through our pollinator grant the City helped us not only beautify our garden but improved the viablity of the critters that we need to help us pollinate our botanical city. Because of your support, we enhanced our community space and created a place of celebration for and of nature.
