Facility Options

All Rentals include tables, chairs, and the set-up and take down of those.

Multi-Purpose Rooms 1, 2, or 4 (Seating Capacity = 50)
• Hourly Rate: $35
• Half-Day Rate (4 hours): $130 per room
• Full-Day Rate (8 hours): $240 per room

Multi-Purpose Rooms 3 (Seating Capacity = 65)
• Hourly Rate: $40
• Half-Day Rate (4 hours): $150 per room
• Full-Day Rate (8 hours): $280 per room

Art Room or Board Room
• Hourly Rate: $30
• Half-Day Rate (4 hours): $110
• Full-Day Rate (8 hours): $200

Outdoor Space / Back Deck
• Hourly Rate: $50
• Half-Day Rate (4 hours): $190
• Full-Day Rate (8 hours): $360

Equipment Rental
• Projector with white screen: $25
• BBQ (Natural Gas) Equipment: $100
• Stage Setup: $100

Bar Services
• Bar Setup: $25 per hour
• Bar Attendant: $20 per hour

Catering Services
• Coffee and Tea Service: Per pot (8-10 cups): $12
• Buffet Service: Available
• Plated Dinner Service: Available

Staff Services
• Event Coordinator: $50 per hour
• Security Personnel: $60 per person per hour

Additional Fees
• Overtime Charge: 150% of the hourly rate for each space and service.
