Games for Seniors: Fun & Exercise in One

An article was submitted to us by a special group of children, including one in particular, named Anna. She was learning about the benefits of physical exercise in both our younger and older years, and found this great article that opened her eyes to all the great things that seniors can do! It even mentioned some of the activities available at our Association, like dancing and yoga. We’re proud and happy to hear kids like Anna are learning about seniors and how you can still be a kid at heart, no matter what age! Check out the article she found: click here
